Reviews

I was sceptical of mindfulness and have been told many times that I am way too much in my head. This course gave me a great foundation to practice meditation in the future. I look forward to those moments of peace and calmness daily.

I found it amazing, I could never get to sleep easy & listening to this before bed relaxes me. I will defiantly be referring this to friends.

Had no experience of mindfulness so loved when the benefits became clear, especially the train station analogy re not engaging with unwelcome thoughts. Also loved the one about mentally wishing "enemies" well.
